Thanks Julie,

I followed the link and read the Redbook, and If I caught it right the syncronization is done only when changes are made directly to the AD or when you register using the Administration Client. Do you have any idea how it works when the user changes his/her password at workstation or when you made changes directly at the Domino Directory?
